Between lakes and mountains of Savoy, the property of about 6 hectares includes a castle of 800 m², a Savoyard house, a small square tower and a winery.
The castle, built in the eighteenth century on foundations of the eleventh century stands on three levels. It consists of a double living room opening onto the garden, a large dining room and a kitchen with pantry. On the first floor, five floored rooms including four facing south. On the second floor, the distribution is almost identical to the first level. A cellar of clay, accessible from inside by the vestibule completes this rare property.
The cellars of about 800 m² are on two levels. They house a barrel cellar and a winery.
The vineyard of 5 ha produces Roussette de Savoie AOP white wine and AOP Saint-Jeoire-Prieuré in red for a production of about 4,000 bottles.
